Client Service Agreement
Loopers Lounge LLC – Mobile Golf Experience
Effective as of: 07-18-2025
This Agreement is entered into between Loopers Lounge LLC (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”) for the purpose of providing a mobile golf simulator experience at the event location, date, and time as specified in the booking.1. Services Provided
Loopers Lounge will deliver and set up its mobile golf simulator experience at the location and time specified during booking. Services include access to the simulator, provided equipment, and on-site assistance during the event.2. Fees & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of [25%] is due at booking to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before the event.
• Payments may be made via Square or other approved methods.
• Late payments may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Cancellations made 14+ days before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed once, with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability. A $75 rescheduling fee applies for changes made within 7 days.4. Client Responsibilities
• Provide a level, clear, and accessible space for setup (approx. 20 ft x 20 ft).
• Ensure standard power access within 50 feet of setup area.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and equipment use.5. Weather Policy
For outdoor events, if severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent setup or operation, we will:
• Offer one complimentary reschedule within 30 days, or
• Apply payment toward a future date, subject to availability.6. Damage & Liability
• The Client is financially responsible for any damage caused by guests to Loopers Lounge equipment.
• Loopers Lounge is not liable for injuries caused by improper use of the simulator or unsafe behavior by guests.7. Termination
Loopers Lounge reserves the right to stop service at any event where illegal activity, abusive behavior, or unsafe conditions are present. No refunds will be given in these cases.8. Media Release
By participating, Client agrees that Loopers Lounge may capture photos/videos for promotional use, unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
